WEEK OF FEBRUARY 11-15, 2019

SCHOOL MASS:  TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 12: 9:30AM

 

STUDENTS ARE WEARING WINTER UNIFORMS.  BOYS ARE TO WEAR LONG PANTS WITH A BELT, DARK SOCKS, A VEST, AND TIE SHOES. GIRLS MUST WEAR JUMPERS, BLUE OR BLACK KNEE SOCKS OR TIGHTS, AND SHOES THAT TIE OR ARE A MARY JANE STYLE WITH A STRAP.  ONLY RELIGIOUS JEWELRY IS TO BE WORN.  GIRLS MAY WEAR POST EARRINGS, BUT NO EARRINGS THAT DANGLE.  ALL SWEATERS WORN MUST BE RCS SWEATERS.  SPORTS'GEAR SWEATSHIRTS (EVEN IF THEY ARE RCS) ARE NOT CONSIDERED PART OF THE REGULAR UNIFORM.

 

TEST FOLDERS WILL BE SENT HOME, AGAIN,  ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 18TH,   PLEASE RETURN THEM TO SCHOOL BY WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 20TH!

 

******THE NEXT READING PROJECT IS DUE ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 11TH- (NOTE--CHAANGE OF DATE) STUDENTS AND PARENTS HAVE RECEIVED DIRECTIVES

FRIDAY: MUSIC AND COMPUTER CLASS

ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE ON A DAILY BASIS.  STUDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR WRITING EVERYTHING IN THIER PLANNERS.   IF, FOR SOME REASON, THE WEB PAGE IS NOT UPDATED.  (THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN TOO OFTEN) STUDENTS ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLETING THEIR ASSISNMENTS THAT WERE OUTLINED DURING CLASS TIME.

HOMEWORK FOR THE WEEK OF FEBRUARY 11-15,  2019

Study homework for the week: 

"A" days are days students study for science and "B" days are days they study for social studies.

STUDY LOG FOR THIS WEEK:  A days are Tuesday and Thursday.   B days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

The pages to study for science (A DAYS)  this week:  pages 550-561  (Lesson three of chapter 12)

The pages to study for social studies (B DAYS) this week: all of chapter 6 and study guide for Friday's test.

 YOU MUST ALL KNOW YOUR MULTIPLICATION TABLES 0-12.  IF YOU ARE "SHAKY" WITH YOUR FACTS, YOU MUST STUDY THEM 5 MINUTES PER NIGHT.

BEGIN STUDYING VOCABULARY:  CHAPTER 9

HOMEWORK OR THIS WEEK: 

Spelling on Monday, 2/11:  Write the words one time in alphabetical order in your LA copybook  and complete page one of  your spelling packets.

  Spelling Tuesday, 2/12,  -complete pages 2 and 3 of your spelling packets

Spelling Wednesday, 2/13,--complete page 4 of your spelling packet, and write the words 2 times each in your LA copybooks.

Spelling Wednesday, 2/14, -complete page 5 of your spelling pasket.and write the words 2 times each in your LA copybooks.
