Today students counted candy canes from one to sixteen.
they also learned the word for candy "caramelo" Merry Christmas "feliz Navidad"
11 - once 12- doce 13- trece 14-catorce 15- quince 16- diez y seis.
Have students go on Utube for songs for kids and have them practice numbers 1-20 as well as the days of the weeks and months if they do one item per day they will have no problem being the last person standing during review.

Kindergarden Students today reviewed the Christmas song for pageant/ los numeros 1-20 / the colors the days of the week / the months / and shapes. We also learned a new word :
SNOW MAN - EL MUNECO DE NIEVE

students were given a sheet with all the words for the numbers 1-20 they were asked to practice with parents.

Today the Kindergarden students colored a xmas tree learned the word :arbol de navidad - xmas tree
regalos - gift la estrella - the star los adornos - the ornaments.
They colored their tree and were given cerfitificate of excellence for knowing their colors/numbers/days and months along with star cookies representing their star quality.

Students learned the vocabulary for body parts : They learned los ojos, the eyes el brazo, the arm la nariz, the nose, las orejas, the ears, la mano, the hand, el pie, the foot, la pierna, the leg, la boca, the mouth.
they learned also how to play Simon says in Spanish.
